The HMS Erebus

This is the first screen shot of the model of the Erebus taken from a scene of it passing through an ice flow and icebergs. Icebergs are carved out of styrofoam using a hot wire tool. The ship is made out of cardboard and wood and is eight inches long. The shot is dark as it takes place at dusk. The scene will be the first encounter the Inuit hunter has with the expedition as he sees the ship at a distance.
