Close-up and Pull-back

This shot obviously failed but drinking part was not bad.

What don't you like about the shot? I can see a couple problems but overall it came out quite well.

Yeah thanks. This is an edited shot so you don't really see the bad part. The shot is actually longer. But there's reflection in window - I can see this will be an ongoing problem. There is blinking and mouth movement toward the end but the lighting went wonky. The pull back and focus change wasn't bad. Falcon needs to be lit better. Any suggestions?

I was noticing mainly that there was no action as the camera moved back. I thought it might look a little more dynamic if it pulled back when he's almost done or have him move slightly as the camera pulls away.

Agreed. I think this shot will be the most complicated with all the different parts, draining glass with eye dropper, camera pull back, character movement, focus change. Thanks for the feedback - much appreciated!

Thanks man! I'm hoping to give a little sneak peek over at stopmotion animation.com in the coming weeks of what i've done so far.

You made some decent points there. I did a search on the topic and found most individuals will consent with your blog.glass dining table
